Greg joined Seattle Washington DUI Attorneys following a successful career as a United States Marine Corp Judge Advocate and subsequently as a Prosecuting Attorney for the City of Seattle.  Additionally, following his time as a Marine and as a Prosecutor, Greg worked as an attorney with the highly regarded DUI Defense firm of Al Rinaldi.  Greg is a graduate of the University of Washington, and Willamette University College of Law, Salem, Oregon.

Greg Schwesinger is licensed to practice law in both the State of Washington and the State of California.

In the Marine Corps, Greg attended, and successfully completed, the United States Marine Corps Officer Candidate School, Quantico, Virginia; he was commissioned as a 1st Lieutenant in August 1992.  Upon graduating from law school in 1994, Greg externed for former Washington State Supreme Court Justice Barbara Durham, and thereafter attended, and successfully completed, both the Basic School, Quantico, Virginia, and the Naval Justice School, Newport, Rhode Island, officially becoming a judge advocate in the United States Marine Corps in March 1996. 

Greg served as a judge advocate at Marine Corps Logistics Base, Barstow, California, and handled numerous cases, both civil and criminal, for service members stationed in and around the State of California.  While a judge advocate, Greg took part in numerous trial advocacy courses taught at the Naval Justice School, Newport, Rhode Island, The Judge Advocate General School, Charlottesville, Virginia, and the Marine Corps Recruit Depot, San Diego, California.

While a prosecutor, Greg handled hundreds of criminal cases ranging from Assault to Driving Under the Influence; and was appointed to a position in the “High Impact Offender Project,” responsible for the prosecution of the most serious repeat offenders. In this position, Greg gained invaluable experience negotiating and trying cases.  Greg has earned a reputation as a zealous and exceptionally prepared and articulate advocate who is respected by his peers on both sides of the law.

Since 1994, Greg has handled literally thousands of cases, and has effectively and successfully litigated hundreds of cases through trial.
