DUI CASE RESULTS

Representing a client accused of Driving Under the Influence:

Client had a Commercial Driver's License and was extremely concerned with the effect a DUI would have on his employment. The client displayed bad driving and had a Breath Alcohol Content that was twice the legal limit. After negotiating with the prosecutor, Lauren was able to get the client's charge amended to the lesser charge of Negligent Driving in the First Degree. The client's driver's license and Commercial Driver's License were not suspended by the court due to the amendment to the lesser charge.

Successful result: Client was able to keep driving, and therefore, did not lose his job.
