LET US HELP
The first step after getting arrested or receiving your citation is to hire a knowledgeable DUI defense attorney.
When arrested you should invoke your right to remain silent, and not answer any questions. Anything you say can and probably will be used against you, so it is in your best interest to remain silent, and call us immediately to begin the process of fighting a DUI charge.
There will be two separate proceedings when charged with a DUI in Washington; one with the Department of Licensing and one with the criminal courts. If you do not act quickly you run the risk of having your license suspended.
You have only 20 days in Washington to request a DOL hearing or the process of having your license suspended will begin.
Your criminal case will proceed when your arraignment date is set. At your arraignment you can enter a plea of guilty, not guilty, or no contest. Do not feel as if you have to plead guilty. An accomplished DUI lawyer at Bradley Johnson Attorneys can successfully fight your charge.
